IT Applications Analysts - Developers

About the role

The IT Applications Analyst (Developer) plays a crucial role in enabling and facilitating business success through the application of Information Technology principles, practices, and software solutions. This position is part of a job family that includes Associate IT Applications Analyst, IT Applications Analyst, and Senior IT Applications Analyst, with experience being the primary factor.

Responsibilities

• Support and enhance software solutions
• Design, modify, develop, test, configure, and implement programs, scripts, processes, and procedures
• Learns the tools and platforms used by the team; learns and applies the team’s standards and processes; learns and applies the business area’s processes, applications, and objectives
• Applies analytical skills and consults with others to solve problems; develops sound execution plans to complete tasks and/or solve problems
• Provides day-to-day client support as experience and expertise allow
• Buils relationships within IT
• Contributes to the team’s success through individual contribution and collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, MIS, Data Science, Information Science, Engineering is required.
• Other bachelor’s degrees will be considered based on related IT experience.
• Successful completion of a certified Application Development Apprenticeship will also be considered in lieu of a bachelor's degree.
• Experience in one of the following skillsets: .Net code, VB, SQL Server, .Net web, ASP.Net, C#, SQL, Microsoft SQL Server, and HTMLUI Path or RPA Technologies
