IT Analyst/Developer

About the role

We are looking for an IT Analyst/Developer to support and advance enterprise platform initiatives for an automotive organization in Marysville, Ohio. This Long-term Contract position focuses on leading enhancements within the Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE environment, partnering with business teams, technical resources, and external vendors to deliver dependable solutions. The role is primarily onsite four days per week and is well suited for someone who combines strong technical understanding with disciplined project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Drive enhancement initiatives within the Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE platform by organizing scope, schedules, and cross-functional execution activities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define needs, translate objectives into clear requirements, and align delivery plans with operational priorities.
• Oversee project progress across multiple platform environments, ensuring development, validation, and release activities remain on track.
• Coordinate testing efforts, monitor defects, and guide issue remediation to support stable and timely deployments.
• Provide consistent communication to stakeholders through project updates, status reporting, and risk escalation when needed.
• Partner with internal technical teams and third-party vendors to implement new capabilities that satisfy agreed business outcomes.
• Manage deployment readiness by tracking dependencies, confirming deliverables, and supporting smooth production rollout activities.
• Facilitate resolution of project obstacles by identifying risks early and driving action plans with the appropriate teams.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience supporting enterprise software or platform implementations, including leadership of delivery-focused projects.
• Practical knowledge of the Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE platform, ideally including exposure to newer software versions.
• Understanding of enterprise system integration concepts and business process alignment within complex application landscapes.
• Strong ability to gather requirements, organize project plans, and manage priorities across multiple stakeholders.
• Experience working directly with business users, technical teams, and vendors in a structured delivery environment.
• Demonstrated skill in coordinating testing, deployment preparation, and issue resolution for enterprise applications.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present project status, risks, and recommendations clearly.
• Availability to work onsite in Marysville, Ohio, four days per week with no routine travel or overtime required.
