The Role

We're seeking an experienced IT Administrator to build and manage our expanding device infrastructure. Key responsibilities include orchestrating device and app management, managing access and security, automating onboarding processes, and scaling our infrastructure.

What You’ll Do

  • Orchestrate Device & App Management: Central hub for device ecosystem, administers MDM, coordinates logistics, creates seamless provisioning experience, develops and manages app deployment strategies.
  • Develop and Manage Access & Security: Champions security posture, develops and implements device management policies, manages device networking, administers password manager and compliance tool, builds secure account credentialing.
  • Create Exceptional Technical Support: Builds and manages internal IT helpdesk, resolves issues, develops self-service resources, troubleshoots complex problems, ensures team access to tools.
  • Implement and Maintain IT Asset Management: Designs, deploys, oversees IT asset management system, tracks hardware, software, and licenses, ensures accurate inventory, compliance, and optimal resource allocation.
  • Scale Our Infrastructure: Identifies bottlenecks, implements automation, creates documentation, manages office IT infrastructure needs, potentially including video conferencing and network management.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Works closely with Engineering, Operations, and other functions, understands and implements their technical needs.

What We Will Look For

  • Experience in technical support or IT helpdesk roles, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Practical knowledge of device management systems, compliance monitoring tools, and managing access across various platforms.
  • Experience with automation for onboarding and IT processes.
  • Familiarity with device networking concepts and management.
  • Exceptional organizational skills for managing device logistics across multiple locations.
  • Strong communication abilities to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
  • Bonus: experience building an IT function from the ground up or leading IT projects end-to-end.
