Requirements
- Identify and prospect new ISV partners, SaaS platforms, fintech companies, and enterprise merchants across the United States
- Execute high-volume outbound activity including calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified opportunities
- Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of ISV and enterprise merchant opportunities
- Engage senior-level decision-makers including CEO, Founder, President, and Head of Product/Payments
- Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for senior sales leadership
- Maintain accurate and disciplined activity tracking in CRM (HubSpot) and calling platform (Aircall)
- Document all conversations, notes, and follow-up actions
- Follow structured outreach strategies and established sales processes
- Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging, targeting, and vertical focus
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to support pipeline development and conversion

Qualifications / Experience
- 1–3+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales Development, or outbound prospecting
- Experience within payments, fintech, SaaS, ISV, or merchant services preferred
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed activity and pipeline generation targets
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and prospecting
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales engagement tools preferred
