The ISP MA Service Analyst 2 is a seasoned specialist responsible for executing daily operational tasks with a higher degree of complexity than an entry-level role. This individual handles a wider range of operational functions, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of transactions, resolving issues, and maintaining strict adherence to regulatory standards. This role requires a solid understanding of the trade lifecycle and ability to work independently to solve problems.
FLSA Status: This position is exempt (not eligible for overtime pay).
Responsibilities
- Accurately processes intermediate-level transactions including money movements and account maintenance updates.
- Act as a primary point of contact for routine and moderately complex inquiries from advisers and internal departments investigating and resolving processing discrepancies or issues
