ISO Services - Project Controls Specialist (Flowood, MS)

Key Duties And Responsibilities

• Avoid misinterpretation through clear and precise written communication.
• Work independently with minimal guidance, manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Interpret construction methods, contracts, and drawings.
• Manage project schedules for subcontractors.
• Provide internal reporting and projections to management.
• Drive responses to job productivity data to optimize financial and schedule performance.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract values and estimated cost to complete.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Engineering, or equivalent experience (5 years in industrial construction with 2 years in project management/project controls).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, PowerPoint, Salesforce, Sage 100, Primavera).
• Physical ability to climb ladders and stairs, and perform job walks, safety related training, etc.
