ISO Lead Auditor / ISO Consultant - California

About the role

Conduct consultancy assignments in accordance with agreed contractual terms
Prepare and deliver presentations and assessment reports that clearly communicate findings and decisions to clients
Provide clear actionable recommendations for addressing any identified non-conformities or areas for improvement
Ensure accurate and timely updates to client records and internal systems supporting data integrity and compliance
Maintain and continually develop your technical knowledge and expertise in management systems and relevant standards

• Ensure accurate and timely updates to client records and internal systems supporting data integrity and compliance
• Maintain and continually develop your technical knowledge and expertise in management systems and relevant standards

Requirements

• IRCA Lead Auditor (or equivalent) certification is a must
• Experience with one or more ISO standards, such as: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 42001, ISO 27001 or other sector specific standards
• Proven background in implementing and/or auditing management system
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
• Adaptability and flexibility to respond to varying client needs

• Proven track record in delivering successful consultancy and audit assignments
• Experience working with a diverse range of clients and industries
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Passionate about ISO standards and their implementation

Pay

Compensation is commensurate with experience.

Schedule

The role is hybrid with occasional on-site visits.
