Key Responsibilities

• Teaching Duties:
  • Lesson Planning: Prepare and organize lesson plans covering the Islamic Studies curriculum.
  • Teaching: Conduct regular classes, ensuring students understand Islamic texts and teachings.
  • Quranic Interpretation (Tafseer): Provide explanations and interpretations of Quranic verses.
  • Ethical and Moral Lessons: Impart lessons on Islamic ethics and morals derived from the Quran.
• Administrative Tasks:
  • Student Assessment: Evaluate students' progress through tests, quizzes, and assignments.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain records of attendance, progress, and performance.
  • Parent Communication: Communicate with parents about their children's progress and concerns.
  • Resource Management: Manage educational resources like textbooks, workbooks, and digital tools.
  • Curriculum Development: Contribute to the development and improvement of the Quranic studies curriculum.
• Personal Development:
  • Professional Development: Engage in continuous professional development through courses, workshops, and conferences.
  • Religious Study: Stay updated with new interpretations, scholarly works, and contemporary issues in Islamic theology.
  • Community Involvement: Participate in community events and activities to promote Islamic teachings and values.

Additional Responsibilities

• Counseling: Provide spiritual and moral guidance to students.
• Extracurricular Activities: Organize and participate in activities related to Islamic culture and traditions.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff to create a supportive learning environment.
