About HOLAS

The Humanitarian Organization of Latin American Students (HOLAS) is Carleton’s home for Latin American and Caribbean students on campus. Founded in 2007, we are the largest group of our kind in Canada’s Capital. We aim to share and celebrate "la cultura" among the greater Ottawa community through fun events, cultural initiatives, and humanitarian work. HOLAS is known for projects like Locura Latina and our Latin bake sale, where proceeds support charities and people in need in Latin America.

Whether you’re of Latin American/Caribbean descent, want to practice Spanish or Portuguese, are interested in learning about new cultures, or simply love Latin dance, HOLAS welcomes you.

About the Role

HOLAS is currently accepting applications for Vice Presidential Positions. These roles involve contributing to the organization’s leadership, event planning, and humanitarian initiatives.
