Qualifications
- Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
- Excellent oral and written skills required.
- Able to work independently with little or no direction.
- Able to multitask multiple projects.
- Some college education and/or associate degree is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Escalate visitor registration system alerts.
- Escalate physical access alerts to resolution.
- Monitor and escalate identity intelligence alerts by alerting ISDG and security operations staff as necessary to ensure critical items are handled promptly.
- Assists Security Communications lead in timely responses to New Hire and annual security awareness training-related tickets and inquiries.
- Assist in managing security awareness training enrollments and tracking completion status.
- Assist Director of ISDG in collecting annual firmwide security policy acknowledgements.
- Assist ISDG managers in tracking responses to eternal security assessments from clients using MS Planner, and keeping the Director of ISDG informed of new requests and follow-on inquiries.
- Assist ISDG GRC Lead in facilitating new and existing vendor risk assessments, including requesting relevant third-party security documentation for risk assessments, logging and tracking of vendor risk assessments, and providing updates to internal stakeholders on progress and status.
- Monitor compliance program ticketing queues where ISDG work is assigned, escalating overdue tickets, filing evidence from sources, including vulnerability scanning systems, for audit cycles.
- Update the ISDG facilities database and other physical security documentation annually (working with local office staff and property mgmt. companies, and other duties as required).

Pay
The yearly salary range is between $70,000-$95,000.
