About the role
As an ISC Production Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the production operations in our Minneapolis location within the Aerospace Strategic Business Group (AERO SBG).

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 years in Manufacturing/Supply Chain/Operations/Logistics
- We value Associates or Bachelor's degree
- Leadership experience
- Experience leading in a union environment
- Some relevant manufacturing experience
- Ability to troubleshoot processes and equipment
- Conveys information with clarity and directness
- Some relevant leadership experience
- Computer literacy
- Willingness to consistently take the initiative to get things done
- Ability to document and train others on manufacturing processes
Benefits
The annual base salary range for this position is $79,100 - $99,050. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. 5th shift (6am – 2 pm Friday, 10am Sat – 10pm Sat, 10am – 10pm Sun, 10pm, 10am Mon – 6 pm Mon)
