IS Business Analyst I (San Diego) What You'll Do Partner with business stakeholders to understand current processes, pain points, and requirements, then translate them into clear, actionable technical deliverablesEvaluate existing workflows to identify inefficiencies, manual bottlenecks, and automation opportunitiesSupport the creation of business and technical documentation, including requirements, process flows, and design docsAssist in building, testing, and troubleshooting automation solutions using Python, SQL, and other tools What You'll Need Working knowledge of Python and SQL — able to write, understand, and troubleshoot scripts/queriesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex business processesStrong written and verbal communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiencesExcellent documentation skillsIdeally 1-3 years of relevant experienceFamiliarity with agile/scrum, Jira, Power Automate, Power BI, or Alteryx is a plus What does this position pay? Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location. The expected range for this role is $36.00 to $36.00 per hour.
