The IRS will not increase the maximum contribution limit for Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) in 2021; the 2020 limit of $2,750 will remain unchanged. InTANDEM HR provides a "run-off" period of two and a half months after the plan year ends, allowing participants to use remaining funds. Plan accordingly to avoid forfeiting available money.
