Irrigation Technician - Tucson

Responsibilities

• Perform general troubleshooting and repairs on irrigation systems
• Accurately complete and submit paperwork daily
• Manage and track materials for each day's jobs
• Produce jobs and ensure quality control according to route schedule and company standards
• Effectively communicate with Account Managers, clients, and fellow employees
• Operate and maintain equipment in accordance with safety and quality standards
• Perform just-in-time, light maintenance on equipment as needed in the field
• Accurately record hours worked on a daily basis in accordance with company policies
• Work in exposure to physical elements including heat and cold, and other potential hazardous materials with the use of PPE

Requirements

• Experience in landscape irrigation maintenance and repair
• Ability to work independently, consistently, and efficiently with limited supervision
• Flexible enough to work varying hours to meet the needs of the company, which can include long days
• Ability to frequently lift, pull, and push 75 lbs
• Attention to detail, ability to problem solve, and a strong work ethic to do the job right the first time
• Ability to work and walk for long durations in Arizona weather
• Reliable and punctual
• Valid Arizona driver’s license and a clean driving history
• Legally eligible to work in the United States

Qualifications

• Previous Sustainable Landscape Management experience is a bonus
