Irrigation Technician

About the role

DynaServ is seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our ground maintenance division, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our services.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine landscaping tasks including planting, pruning, mowing, and fertilizing
• Inspect and maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper functionality
• Assist with the installation and removal of hardscaping materials such as patios and walkways
• Document and report on the condition of properties to clients and supervisors
• Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress and address any issues
• Adhere to safety protocols and follow all company policies and procedures

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of related experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Proficiency with basic landscaping tools and equipment

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of plant identification and basic horticulture principles

Skills

• Proficient in using landscaping software and tools
• Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
