What You'll Do
- Lead Daily Operations
- Cook up technician schedules, routing, and service calls
- Ensure jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and on time
- Work Directly with Customers
- Meet with clients to assess irrigation needs
- Create estimates and present service or design proposals
- Follow up on open quotes and help close business
- Support Your Team in the Field
- Jump in on complex repairs and troubleshooting
- Provide guidance, training, and support to technicians
- Drive Quality & Safety
- Conduct site visits to ensure high-quality work
- Promote a strong safety culture and compliance
- Build & Develop the Team
- Coach, mentor, and support technicians and office staff
- Aid with hiring, onboarding, and performance management
- Manage Performance & Profitability
- Track labor, materials, and job costs
- Support department goals for efficiency and revenue growth
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of irrigation or landscaping experience
- 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of residential and commercial irrigation systems
- Experience with estimating, proposals, or client interaction
- Valid driver's license
- Irrigation certifications (CIC, CID, CLIA) are a plus
