Irrigation & Plumbing Sales Representative

Employers Options is seeking an Irrigation & Plumbing Sales Representative to join a growing and dynamic team!

This role offers opportunities for growth and access to career coaching while playing a key role in supporting daily sales operations, assisting customers, and ensuring smooth communication between departments.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team in achieving goals and generating new business opportunities.
• Enter sales orders accurately for tracking and financial reporting.
• Handle incoming calls, assist customers, and provide timely follow-ups.
• Communicate product demand changes to the purchasing department.
• Resolve customer concerns quickly to ensure satisfaction.
• Absorb inventory counts.
• Help customers choose the right products for their needs.

Requirements

• Experience 1 year of customer service experience is required.
• Previous irrigation, plumbing, or construction sales experience is required.
• 1 year of Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Windows/computer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.

Skills

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Friendly, team-oriented attitude with the Aloha Spirit.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Experience in irrigation, plumbing, or construction sales is a plus.

Pay

$25/hour + Weekly paychecks!

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm
