Irrigation Installation Technician

About the role

As a Conserva Irrigation Installation Technician, you'll be part of a team dedicated to delivering top-tier irrigation solutions in Nashville and surrounding areas. You'll be working in a fast-paced environment where your skills and dedication can lead to significant career growth and compensation.

Responsibilities

• Become an indispensable member of a 2–3-person installation crew
• Aid in installing industry-leading smart irrigation systems (both residential and small commercial)
• Learn and master irrigation system components such as controllers, valves, heads, nozzles, piping, and wiring
• Maintain a professional approach to attendance, conduct, and appearance
• Build business trust with co-workers, supervisors, and customers by keeping promises and maintaining a safe work environment
• Adhere to the company's safety policies and ensure public safety while working with crews
• Participate in internal, online technician training programs (LMS) and pursue industry certifications
• Collaborate with high-character individuals and high-performing teams to find your own path for growth within the Conserva/Empower ecosystem
• Drive productivity or oversee operations to uncover your potential for growth

Requirements

• Ability to make and keep promises
• Irrigation industry experience preferred but not required
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation
• Able to pass a background check
• Results-oriented; able to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Great attitude with a desire for growth
• Language proficiency a plus (English / Spanish)

Working Conditions

• Hours: 6:45 AM – 4:45 PM (M-F, off Sundays)
• Occasional Saturdays due to excessive weather or production delays
• Smoke-free vehicles, client property, and offices
• Required to work outdoors in various weather conditions
