Irrigation Installation Lead

About the role

The Irrigation Installation Lead is responsible for overseeing the installation and maintenance of irrigation systems in residential and commercial properties. This role requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of irrigation technology.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the installation and maintenance of irrigation systems
• Train and mentor junior staff members
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences
• Manage projects from start to finish, including budgeting and scheduling

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in horticulture, landscape architecture, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in irrigation installation and maintenance
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Qualifications
