About the role

Ryan Lawn & Tree is a $100M+ professional Lawn & Landscape company serving customers across Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, and Nebraska. We are growing and are seeking an Irrigation Install Technician.

Responsibilities

• Install new irrigation and sprinkler systems
• Service and troubleshoot existing systems
• Provide excellent customer service on every job site
• Work collaboratively with your team to complete projects efficiently

Requirements

• Experience in irrigation, landscape, plumbing, or a related field is a plus — but not required
• Willingness to learn (we have a structured training program)
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting mindset
• Good physical fitness and the ability to work in all weather conditions
• Reliable team player with strong customer communication skills
• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening (including marijuana), & DOT physical

Qualifications

• Safety-sensitive position requiring the operation of vehicles and equipment
• Pre-employment drug screen (including marijuana), criminal background check, MVR check, and DOT physical (where applicable)

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting mindset
• Good physical fitness and the ability to work in all weather conditions
• Reliable team player with strong customer communication skills
• Valid Driver’s License
