Responsibilities
- Offer expert advice to executive level audiences on significant security cooperation initiatives
- Support senior civilian and uniformed military leaders for their engagements
- Prepare and brief senior civilian and uniformed military leaders for their engagements
- Lead action officer for trips accompanying senior leaders for international or domestic engagements
- Support Congressional engagements
- Work with Federally Funded Research and Development Centers (FFRDC)
- Advise executives on significant security cooperation initiatives
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with OUSD-Policy, Joint Staff, Combatant Commands, and Theater Special Operations Commands
- Experience drafting materials for senior executive leadership, including read aheads and talking points for bilateral and multilateral international policy-level engagements
- Experience with experimentation such as wargame planning or exercise planning
- Knowledge of OUSD-Policy and Joint Staff processes and culture
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Master's degree in International Relations or Political Science preferred

Pay
The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD).
