If you're a skilled ironworker who knows how to rig, connect, bolt, and erect steel, and you're tired of being treated like just another body on the job site, our team is looking for a skilled Ironworker to join our team. At S&R Enterprises, we're building more than structures. We're building a crew of ironworkers who take pride in their craft and have each other's backs when it matters most.

Responsibilities

• Install and erect structural steel to keep projects on schedule.
• Ensure steel connections, alignment, and installation meet quality standards.
• Interpret blueprints and layout instructions accurately.
• Protect materials, maintain tools, and help keep the jobsite organized.
• Follow safety protocols and speak up when something isn't right.

Qualifications

• 3+ years ironworker experience in steel erection.
• Skilled in rigging, connecting, plumbing, and bolting structural steel.
• Ability to read plans and follow construction layouts.
• Personal ironworker tools.
• U.S. citizenship or naturalized citizenship.

Pay

• Competitive pay: $28 - $36 per hour based on experience.

• Per diem available: $600 - $700 per week for workers traveling outside the project area.

Schedule

50 - 60 hours per week (including overtime opportunities).
