Job Summary

Bast Hatfield Construction is seeking a Steel Erection, Iron Worker, or Welder to join our team in Clifton Park, NY. The position involves building structural steel and pre-engineered metal buildings on commercial projects throughout the Capital Region.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and erect structural steel components
• Operate welding equipment to join metal components
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to quality standards
• Work on various commercial construction projects

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Experience in steel erection, iron working, or welding preferred
• Strong physical fitness and manual dexterity

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations
• Proficiency in basic computer skills
