Member Duties

Enhance internal fundraising infrastructure including donor tracking, grant calendars, and creation of marketing templates to be used by Iris Clubhouse staff. The VISTA will build capacity around by directing attention to quality improvement frameworks and operational systems, financial resource development, create policies and processes ensuring volunteer recruitment & retention, Clear assignment of all public-facing outreach, fundraising solicitation, volunteer engagement, and service delivery activities to staff & operational systems ensuring our ability to provide & improve on the quality of services offered. The VISTA will assign communication templates and outreach strategies for staff to raise awareness of the services provided, building our clientele & establishing both a pool of community volunteers & funding support to sustainably continue to provide services to our clubhouse members.
