IRC Grant Manager

About the role

The IRC is seeking a Grants Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing grants from various sources, ensuring compliance with donor requirements, and reporting progress to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage grant applications and reporting
• Ensure compliance with donor requirements and regulations
• Monitor grant budgets and provide financial updates
• Collaborate with program staff to develop and implement grant strategies
• Prepare and present grant reports to donors and stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in grants management or related field
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
