IRB & Compliance Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Aid in compiling, formatting, and proofreading IRB submissions, informed consent documents, HIPAA forms, and study protocols.
• Track approval statuses and renewal timelines for active studies, ensuring full compliance with OHRP and institutional policies.
• Support documentation for grant applications and research licenses (e.g., NYS OCM submission packets).
• Liaise with external advisors and partners to coordinate research ethics reviews and ensure data privacy protections are upheld.
