Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and refinement of investor presentations, marketing decks, and related materials.
- Support the coordination and follow-up of investor meetings, including preparing briefing memos and summaries.
- Manage the firm’s dataroom, including user access, content organization, and ensuring materials are up to date.
- Help maintain and optimize the firm’s CRM system, ensuring up-to-date records on investor interactions, preferences, and related activities.
- Contribute to content creation and management for the firm’s website and social media channels.
- Help prepare and execute quarterly investor reporting, investor webcasts, and LPAC meetings.
- Participate in the planning and logistics of the Annual General Meeting and other investor events, conferences, and marketing initiatives.
- Manage consultant database submissions and responses.
- Monitor and respond to inbound investor relations inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Aid in the preparation of RFPs, DDQs, and due diligence materials for prospective investors.
- Conduct market research to support investor relations strategy and marketing outreach.
- Work cross-functionally with the Investment, Finance/Accounting, and Compliance teams to ensure all investor-facing materials are accurate, current, and compliant with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
- Enhance process efficiency and effectiveness of investor relations workflows to drive process optimization.
Qualifications
- Experience with CRM systems such as DealCloud or similar.
- Proficiency in managing datarooms and content organization.
- Familiarity with investor relations and private markets.
- Ability to prepare investor presentations and marketing materials.
- Experience in content creation for websites and social media.
Compensation
Salary: $100,000 – $150,000, Plus Bonus
