IR Analyst

Job Functions

• Support fundraising efforts by partnering with investment and product teams to market funds and strategies
• Respond to investor inquiries and provide ongoing support throughout the fundraising process
• Prepare and manage RFP and DDQ responses, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely delivery
• Maintain and update investor materials, including pitch decks and due diligence content
• Analyze and synthesize complex financial data into clear, concise insights
• Leverage internal tools and collaborate cross-functionally to produce tailored, high-quality materials
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders

Job Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in investor relations, fundraising support, or a related role within investment banking, private equity, credit, or alternative asset management
• Strong financial acumen, with the ability to understand investment strategies and translate complex data into clear, client-facing materials
• Prior experience preparing RFPs, DDQs, pitch decks, and other investor communications with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and maintain relationships with prospective and existing investors
• Advanced Excel skills and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
