IQF System Operator
About The Role
The IQF System Operator B1C is responsible for ensuring that high-quality hash brown products are packaged efficiently while meeting all quality and food safety specifications. This role supports production operations by maintaining packaging equipment, monitoring line performance, and supervising line personnel to drive efficiency and team success.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead, direct, and train line personnel to promote a collaborative and productive team environment
- Set up, operate, and adjust packaging line and case sealing equipment
- Disassemble and reassemble machinery for sanitation and product changeovers
- Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on packaging and sealing equipment
- Monitor and maintain product line flow to ensure consistent temperature and packaging standards
- Ensure production processes meet quality and efficiency expectations
- Request packaging supplies as needed and coordinate delivery with forklift operators
- Support safe work practices and maintain a clean and organized work area
What You’ll Need To Be Successful
- 3–6 months of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to speak effectively in group settings
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division across various units of measure
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining attention to detail

Compensation Package
- Starting at 22.79 USD hourly + Bonus eligibility + Hourly Pay Differential for applicable shifts
