Metal Collection and Testing

• Collect and manage metal samples for testing across different production lines (DL, WT, FL, TL).
• Ensure samples are properly documented and stored for accurate analysis.
• Perform routine testing on collected samples to meet quality standards.

Equipment Maintenance

• Handle trolleys, including changing and repairing them to maintain operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular checks and maintenance on testing equipment to prevent downtime.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or required repairs promptly to the supervisor.

Collaboration and Process Improvement

• Utilize and maintain collaboration tools essential for team coordination and process enhancement.
• Contribute to the documentation and updating of standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to metal testing and equipment management.

Job Requirements

• Able to lift a maximum of 25 lbs. multiple times a day during a 12 hr.
• Bend and stand in difficult positions up to 12 hours; Able to manipulate tools with both hands and stand for long hours
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have a High School Diploma or GED
