IP Trademark Paralegal

About the role

This position serves as a true trademark subject matter expert—not simply maintaining a docket. The role combines high-level trademark prosecution, international portfolio management, and exposure to a broad range of client industries.

Responsibilities

• Support large trademark portfolios
• Manage USPTO, WIPO, and international trademark rules and procedures
• Maintain IP docket and deadlines, including a secondary docket
• Handle international trademark filings, renewals, and ownership transfers
• Conduct trademark searches, monitor watch notices, file copyrights, and perform IP due diligence projects

Requirements

• 5+ years of Intellectual Property experience
• Proficiency in trademark prosecution and portfolio management
