Who You Are
- You bring 5 to 7 years of commercial litigation experience at a law firm
- You're confident navigating both state and federal court procedures and deadlines, and understand the nuances of legal calendaring
- You've supported high-performing attorneys and know how to anticipate their needs before they ask
- You're skilled in preparing filings for courts like NDCal, CDCal, WDTex, EDTex, and DDel, especially for IP and PTAB matters
- You thrive in trial environments and are open to occasional travel to support litigation teams on-site
- You know your way around MS Word templates and can build documents from shell to signature-ready
- You've used tools like Best Authority to generate clean, court-ready TOCs and TOAs
- You take pride in your organizational skills, professionalism, and written communication
What You'll Do
- Coordinate meetings, client calls, depositions, and deadlines with precision
- Provide day-to-day legal administrative support to litigation partners and associates, focusing on IP and complex commercial matters
- Maintain attorney calendars, track case milestones, and manage related logistics
- Draft and revise correspondence, pleadings, and legal memoranda under attorney direction
- Handle all aspects of court filings including electronic submissions in compliance with local rules
- Assist with opening and closing matters in coordination with firm systems and protocols
- Enter and update attorney time entries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

Salary & Location
Salary Range: $90,000 – 120,000 annually, based on experience
