Our legal operations span Europe, Asia, MENA and Latin America, and we are now expanding our in-house legal team in Indonesia.
What You Will Do
- Identify and monitor IP infringements in Indonesia;
- Draft and send cease-and-desist letters, legal claims, and negotiate settlements;
- Represent rights holders in pre-litigation and civil litigation proceedings;
- Initiate and manage enforcement actions with local authorities (e.g., police, customs, regulatory bodies);
- Draft and file powers of attorney, affidavits, and litigation documents;
- Support the company’s legal and business operations in Indonesia (contracts, compliance, office setup, banking, etc.).
What We Expect From You
- Degree in Law;
- Minimum 2–3 years of IP experience (law firm or in-house);
- Proven track record in IP enforcement, civil litigation, or anti-counterfeiting;
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English;
- Strong legal drafting, communication, and negotiation skills;
- Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a global team;
- Must be a licensed Intellectual Property Consultant (Konsultan Kekayaan Intelektual) officially registered with the Directorate General of Intellectual Property (DJKI) of Indonesia.
