Job Details

We are seeking a mid-level associate to join the firm's Intellectual Property practice group. The role focuses on patent litigation matters before U.S. district courts, the U.S. International Trade Commission, and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board. Qualified candidates should have experience handling complex patent disputes and strong litigation skills, including legal research, drafting motions and briefs, and participating in case strategy.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3–6 years of patent litigation experience
• Experience in U.S. district courts, ITC proceedings, or PTAB matters
• Undergraduate degree in electrical engineering, computer science, mechanical engineering, or a related technical field
• Patent Bar membership preferred
