The IP Associate will join a renowned Technology Transactions team at a prestigious national law firm, based in the Boston legal market. This position offers the chance to work on groundbreaking IP matters within life sciences and other innovative technology sectors.
Responsibilities
- Engage in complex intellectual property transactions, particularly those involving life sciences and artificial intelligence.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to support legal strategies and negotiations.
- Draft and review contracts, licenses, and other legal documents.
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and third parties.
- Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in intellectual property transactions, life sciences, or AI.
- A strong background in life sciences, AI, or a related technology field.
- Exceptional research, analytical, drafting, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative setting.
- Juris Doctor degree with active state bar membership.
