Social Media Marketing

  • Monitor analytics and metrics to gauge success of social media posts and campaigns.
  • Research social media trends that relate to target audience’s interest.
  • Manage a social media content calendar for various channels, planning and scheduling posts in advance.
  • Maintain a cohesive social media strategy across various channels to achieve high levels of user engagement.
  • Plan, create, publish and share new content (including original text, images, video, and code) on a daily basis that builds meaningful customer connections, increases brand awareness, and encourages community members to engage with the brand.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to grow the company’s network and target new followers.
  • Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop social media campaigns.

Influencer Marketing & Public Relations

  • Build and manage influencer strategies that align with brand goals and product launches.
  • Identify, negotiate, and maintain relationships with a network of creators (macro, micro, and emerging voices).
  • Track performance, ROI, and impact of influencer campaigns.
  • Lead earned media strategy including product seeding, press events, and editor relations.
  • Partner with agency teams or internal PR resources to secure coverage in beauty, lifestyle, and relevant verticals.
  • Manage messaging and communications plans for product launches and brand milestones.

Integrated Campaigns

  • Collaborate with brand, e-commerce, and creative teams to support 360° campaign development and execution.
  • Ensure cohesive messaging across all channels and consumer touchpoints.
  • Develop seasonal and yearly communications calendars.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or a related field.
  • 6–8+ years of experience in integrated communications, ideally within the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle sectors.
  • Deep understanding of the digital and media landscape, especially TikTok, Instagram, and creator/influencer culture.
  • Strong storytelling skills and brand voice development.
  • Ability to create captivating content for social media platforms.
  • Proven track record in managing multi-channel campaigns from strategy to execution.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Passion for beauty, skincare, and innovation.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with Korean or global beauty brands.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Dash Hudson).
  • Existing network of media contacts and influencers in the beauty space.
  • Bi-lingual in Korean a plus, but not required.
