Integrated Communications Manager- Avionics

This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within an Aerospace & Defense environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic communication partner to leadership in Avionics
• Develop and implement communication strategies for product launches and customer initiatives
• Lead communication planning for major strategic initiatives
• Craft executive communications including speeches and presentations
• Create engaging content across multiple media channels
• Manage communications for organizational announcements and change initiatives
• Monitor industry developments to provide strategic recommendations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; 8+ years of experience in communications or related field required
• Advanced degree preferred, with 5+ years of experience
• Proven experience in developing executive communication and integrated strategies
• Exceptional writing and storytelling capabilities are essential
• Strong project management and organizational skills required
• Experience advising senior leaders in complex organizations is crucial
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously

Pay

$107,500 – $204,500 annually
