About the Role
Concerted Care Group is seeking skilled, compassionate therapists to provide comprehensive, evidence-based mental health treatment through a collaborative, interdisciplinary model. This role involves building strong therapeutic relationships and delivering high-quality care within an innovative OTP, IOP, OP program.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group psychotherapy for adults in Mental Health and SUD Programs
- Work in person at the Brooklyn Park, MD location
- Develop and maintain person-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and level-of-care determinations
- Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment approaches, and symptom management to support insight and empowerment
- Design and deliver engaging psychoeducational and skills groups focused on emotional regulation, coping skills, and mental wellness
- Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nurses, PRP, and fellow therapists to provide integrated mental health care
- Participate in treatment team meetings, case consultations, and discharge planning
- Coordinate care with families, referral sources, and external providers as appropriate
- Demonstrate commitment to excellent patient care, measured through clinical outcomes such as patient retention, attendance, and successful program completion
- Complete clinical documentation accurately and timely
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of direct clinical experience providing mental health treatment
- Master's degree in counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
- Active independent licensure: LGSW, LCSW, LMSW, LCPC, or LGPC
- Strong working knowledge of CBT, DBT, ACT, and trauma-informed care
- Comfort using Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
- Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care and professional growth
Skills & Preferred Qualifications
- EMDR experience is highly preferred
- Comfortable working with both adolescents and adults

Pay & Schedule
- $34-44/hour pending experience
- Full-time, Monday – Friday 5AM/6AM - 1PM/2PM
