What You’ll Do

  • Provide individual and group psychotherapy for adults in our OTP program.
  • Work in person at our Cumberland, MD location.
  • Develop and maintain person-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans.
  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and level-of-care determinations.
  • Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment approaches, and symptom management to support insight and empowerment.
  • Design and deliver engaging psychoeducational and skills groups focused on emotional regulation, coping skills, and mental wellness.
  • Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nurses, PRP, and fellow therapists to provide integrated mental health care.
  • Participate in treatment team meetings, case consultations, and discharge planning.
  • Carefully coordinate care with families, referral sources, and external providers as appropriate.
  • Participate in ongoing clinical supervision to enhance professional growth.

What You Bring

  • You are a thoughtful, clinically strong therapist who values both empathy and accountability.
  • You have a minimum of 2 years of direct clinical experience providing mental health treatment.
  • You hold a Master’s degree in counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field.
  • You are currently licensed as an LGSW, LCSW, LMSW, LCPC, or LGPC.
  • You possess strong working knowledge of CBT, DBT, ACT, and trauma-informed care.
  • EMDR experience is highly preferred.
  • You are comfortable using Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
  • You demonstrate a commitment to ethical, patient-centered care and professional growth.
  • The ideal candidate is comfortable working with both adolescents and adults.

  • Salary Range: The pay for this position is up to $100,000 annually. This position is eligible for commission-based compensation tied to clinical participation and engagement.
