What You’ll Do
- Provide individual and group psychotherapy for adults in our OTP program.
- Work in person at our Cumberland, MD location.
- Develop and maintain person-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans.
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and level-of-care determinations.
- Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment approaches, and symptom management to support insight and empowerment.
- Design and deliver engaging psychoeducational and skills groups focused on emotional regulation, coping skills, and mental wellness.
- Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nurses, PRP, and fellow therapists to provide integrated mental health care.
- Participate in treatment team meetings, case consultations, and discharge planning.
- Carefully coordinate care with families, referral sources, and external providers as appropriate.
- Participate in ongoing clinical supervision to enhance professional growth.
What You Bring
- You are a thoughtful, clinically strong therapist who values both empathy and accountability.
- You have a minimum of 2 years of direct clinical experience providing mental health treatment.
- You hold a Master’s degree in counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field.
- You are currently licensed as an LGSW, LCSW, LMSW, LCPC, or LGPC.
- You possess strong working knowledge of CBT, DBT, ACT, and trauma-informed care.
- EMDR experience is highly preferred.
- You are comfortable using Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
- You demonstrate a commitment to ethical, patient-centered care and professional growth.
- The ideal candidate is comfortable working with both adolescents and adults.

- Salary Range: The pay for this position is up to $100,000 annually. This position is eligible for commission-based compensation tied to clinical participation and engagement.
