Responsibilities

• Supervision of construction work execution
• Coordination and organization of work for in-house employees and subcontractors
• Monitoring compliance with project deadlines
• Participation in contracting work within assigned scopes
• Support in settlements and record-keeping of completed work
• Supervision of documentation
• Support for the Construction Manager in all matters related to work execution

Requirements

• Higher technical education
• Experience in a similar role
• Highly developed interpersonal skills
• Ability to make decisions under pressure and in difficult conditions
• Teamwork skills
• Knowledge of English and/or German is a plus
