Responsibilities

• Lead and control production using key performance indicators (Mengen, Termine, Durchlaufzeiten, Produktivität, Effizienz). Independently initiate and verify corrective measures in case of deviations.
• Ensure output, productivity, throughput times, and delivery reliability.
• Monitor daily workplace performance (quantity, feedback times, quality). Immediately initiate necessary measures and verify their effectiveness in case of deviations.
• Flexibly and proactively manage personnel and machine capacities to ensure demand-oriented utilization.
• Continuously improve productivity and processes (organizational/technological).
• Ensure quality according to specifications, analyze quality deviations, and initiate and monitor sustainable corrective actions.
• Provide technical and disciplinary leadership, including regular employee discussions, performance evaluations, and ensuring workplace order and discipline.
• Continuously ensure necessary employee development and qualification.
• Play an active role in Shopfloor Management.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as an Industriemechaniker, Werkzeugmechaniker, or comparable qualification, along with further training as a Meister or Techniker.
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable role, ideally in the tooling industry.
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing cutting tools using CNC and manual machines.
• Openness to change, willingness to improve processes, and engagement in continuous improvement.
• Strong social skills and leadership competence.
• Willingness to take responsibility, work independently, and demonstrate flexibility.
• Willingness to work flexible hours (shift work, Saturday work, etc.).
• Proficient in SAP R3 and common MS Office applications.
