Invoice Specialist

Responsibilities

• Identify key information on various vendor invoices.
• Investigate charge validity and identify discrepancies.
• Allocate charges to the correct accounts and orders.
• Utilize various systems to keep records up to date.
• Keep detailed notes on current processes and procedures.
• Communicate internally and externally as needed, both in writing and orally.
• Submit and process claims and credit memos for invalid charges.
• Review contracts for up-to-date compliance.

Work Environment

Located in Salt Lake City, Utah, this full-time position requires on-site presence from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. You will be part of a small team of three members, not including the manager, who provides direct feedback in a collaborative setting. The work culture promotes learning and growth, with the manager actively using feedback as a teaching tool.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.

Schedule

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Salt Lake City, UT, with a schedule of Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. The role is structured as a Contract to Hire position.
