About the role

Vertiv Pelzer is hiring for various skilled trades positions including Facility Technicians, EHS Technicians, Electricians, Testing Technicians, Testing Apprentices, Quality Technicians, Rigging Operators, and Wiring Technicians. Mechanical Fitters are also in need.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facility equipment
• Ensure compliance with environmental health and safety standards
• Install and troubleshoot electrical systems
• Conduct testing and quality assurance inspections
• Operate rigging equipment safely and efficiently
• Assemble and install wiring systems
• Perform mechanical tasks as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Appropriate certifications may be required based on position

Qualifications

• Experience in a related field is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical ability to perform the essential functions of the job

Skills

• Knowledge of electrical systems
• Understanding of safety protocols
• Basic computer literacy

Benefits

• Shift Premiums available
• Up to $2.00/hour additional for second shift
• Additional $2.00/hour for weekend shifts
