Investor Relations & Treasury Intern

About the role

Waters Corporation is seeking a summer intern for the Finance Team based in Milford, Massachusetts (with additional positions in Milford, MA and New Castle, DE). The internship lasts approximately ten weeks and will commence in the spring/summer of 2027. Waters is laser focused on groundbreaking life‑science innovation, developing analytical technologies to advance drug discovery, clinical development, and the safety and quality of small and large molecule therapies, including cell & gene therapy and mRNA. Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation of investor presentations and earnings support materials.
• Support benchmarking and analysis of peer company performance and market trends.
• Research analyst reports, industry developments, and investor feedback.
• Assist with cash flow reporting, liquidity tracking, and treasury analytics.
• Support banking relationship management and treasury operations.
• Participate in foreign exchange, capital structure, and financing analyses.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior finance and executive leadership.
• Support special projects related to capital allocation and shareholder value creation.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 preferred.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Interest in capital markets, corporate finance, investor relations, or treasury management.
• Familiarity with financial statements and market analysis preferred.

Pay

Pay range: $22‑25 per hour, depending on education level and experience.
