Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in finance-related roles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience interacting with senior leadership, investors, and cross-functional teams
• Leadership experience and skills aligned with Full Spectrum Leadership imperatives

Job Description

• Willingness to travel up to 25%
• Work location in Bethesda, MD

Desired Skills

• CFA or MBA designation
• Strong financial analysis, valuation, and modeling skills
• Proven ability to lead and manage multiple projects
• Familiarity with AI and other digital tools
• Experience in managing departmental budgets, vendor relationships, and toolset management
• Experience in the aerospace and defense industry, or with Lockheed Martin specifically
