Investor Relations Manager

About the role

The Investor Relations Manager will lead all investor relations activities, including managing the company's relationship with institutional investors, analysts, and other stakeholders. This role requires strong communication skills, financial acumen, and the ability to build and maintain relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage investor relations strategy and communications
• Prepare and deliver presentations to institutional investors, analysts, and other stakeholders
• Respond to inquiries from investors and analysts
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
• Prepare and present quarterly earnings calls

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in investor relations or a related field
• Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with institutional investors and analysts
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience with financial modeling and analysis
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications

• Knowledge of SEC regulations and best practices in investor relations
• Experience with investor relations software and tools
• Ability to analyze financial data and provide insights to senior management
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

Pay

Salary range: $120,000 - $150,000 annually
