Investor Relations Manager
Primary Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of the company's investor relations and communications program — including the IPO roadshow, listing day program, and ongoing post-IPO IR
- Coordinate with the external IR advisory firm on investor targeting, messaging, analyst relationships, and communications strategy
- Draft and manage investor communications including press releases, earnings materials, investor presentations, and IR website content
- Manage the IR calendar — earnings cadence, NDR scheduling, investor conferences, and analyst day planning
- Support institutional investor outreach and relationship management including 13F analysis, shareholder intelligence, and targeting
- Coordinate listing day logistics including bell ceremony, broadcast media program, and financial media outreach
- Maintain working relationships with the banking syndicate on IR and communications matters
- Monitor analyst coverage, consensus estimates, and peer group activity — providing regular intelligence to the CIO and senior management
- Support SEC filing coordination as it relates to IR and communications obligations
Requirements
- 5 or more years of experience in investor relations, financial communications, or capital markets — public company IR experience strongly preferred
- Agency or financial communications firm background also considered — demonstrated experience supporting IPO or public company IR programs
- Strong understanding of the public markets, SEC disclosure requirements, and the investor relations function
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills — ability to translate complex financial and operational information into clear investor-facing materials
- Experience working with investment banks, IR advisory firms on IPO and post-IPO programs preferred
- Highly organized and detail-oriented — ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines in a fast-moving environment
- Undergraduate degree required — finance, communications, journalism, or related field preferred
- Familiarity with the energy, nuclear, or infrastructure sectors is a plus but not required

Annual compensation based on skills and experience ranging from $165,000 to $195,000
