About the role

As an Investor Relations and Quantitative Specialist at AXA XL, you will play a crucial role in managing investor relations and quantitative analysis to support strategic decision-making. You will work closely with various departments to ensure alignment on financial strategies and risk management initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors and other stakeholders to enhance investor confidence and support company growth.
  • Conduct in-depth quantitative analysis to provide insights that inform investment decisions and risk management strategies.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive reports to senior management and boards of directors, highlighting key financial metrics and trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Stay updated with industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure the company remains competitive and compliant.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in investor relations, quantitative analysis, or a similar role.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex data and communicate findings effectively to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience with financial modeling tools and software is preferred.
