Faes & Co is an investment firm with a mission to provide investors with a consistent, stable, asset-backed return. We are an emerging manager led by a founder with a track record of building multi-billion-dollar AUM businesses. Our flagship strategy, the Faes & Co Income Fund, provides investors access to a portfolio of short-duration, asset-backed real estate credit opportunities. The Fund supports the lending activity of F2 Finance, our US private real estate lending business, which originates bridge and fix-and-flip loans to professional real estate investors. We think of ourselves as an AI-native company, using modern technology, automation, data, and frontier AI models to operate with greater speed, precision, and leverage than traditional financial services firms.
