Investor Relations Analyst (Editor/Writer)

About the role

W2 Contract opportunity. Location: South Jordan, UT 84095. Hybrid role. Duration: 12 months+.

Responsibilities

• Research and respond to operational client complaints while ensuring the firm's compliance with regulatory requirements and internal complaint‑handling guidelines.
• Collaborate with business partners (field and operations staff and management) to escalate and resolve complaint‑related issues.
• Build strong working relationships with Client Relations Editors while learning departmental processes and style guidelines.
• Participate in coverage of client‑facing telephone lines, providing phone support at least one day per week.
• Maintain a professional, client‑focused approach when handling incoming calls and addressing inquiries.
• Support operational functions within Client Relations, including settlement processing, privacy opt‑out processing, and special projects as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, English/Communications or a related discipline; work experience
